As Compliance Officer of a large Guernsey private equity fund administrator Jo was responsible for implementation of the firm’s compliance and AML strategy and has experience of all aspects of regulatory compliance, corporate governance and risk management.
Jo also has extensive private equity fund administration and company secretarial knowledge at senior level and was a trusted technical adviser to the business and its clients.
Jo is a member of the International Compliance Association and holds 3 of the ICA International Diplomas in Compliance, Anti Money Laundering and Financial Crime Prevention.
